Another Jasper!

I met another dude named Jasper today.  That makes three of us named Jasper in the city.  The dog today was at Leroy Street dog run.  He is a four year old Welsh terrier.  He kept running around chasing a ball, so I didn't get to sniff him out. But he seemed alright.
