Yes I CAN Read

So, I was walking through the West Village the other day when I came across a sign that stopped me in my tracks. The sign suggested that dogs cannot read!  Well, I couldn't believe it.  Maybe ALL dogs can't read, but I sure can. Granted, I don't read very fast, but I know how to sound out the letters if you give me enough time. 

I felt like peeing on the sign, but I restrained myself. (Plus, I couldn't reach it.)
